Highland Dollars for Scholars has been active in Highland, Indiana for over 10 years and gives scholarships to as many students as possible each year. We are very fortunate that our community donates money. We have several Memorial scholarships to honor deceased loved ones.  Also some businesses give a scholarship in their own name to help Highland students attend college.
